DRAIN IV Limited Warranty 2026

DRAIN IV warrants the DRAINIV-SYS-2 for (3) years and the DRAINIV-SYS-G for (1) year from their installation date.

What This Warranty Covers: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that arise under normal use during the warranty period. If a covered defect is found, DRAIN IV will, at its sole discretion, replace it with a comparable product, or refund the purchase price.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, or improper installation from an unlicensed HVAC contractor
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification, or service
  • Damage caused by use of solution other than our proprietary concentrate DRAINIV-CON-8.5OZ
  • Products used outside of their intended application or beyond rated specifications
  • Consequential or incidental damages arising from product failure
  • Damage caused by installation of our system in an unconditioned (not temperature controlled) space such as, but not limited to attics, garages, basements, rooftops, etc.  where DRAIN IV Subzero Hero was not used.

How to Make a Claim:  Wholesalers/Distributors should complete a full over-the-counter swap with your contractor after verifying the unit is still within the warranty period and submit a claim using our Drain IV Warranty Form. We will get back in touch with you if we need additional information or if we need to send a shipping label to have the pump returned to us. Upon verifying that the unit is still under warranty, we will issue a credit memo for the defective unit(s) to be used with your next PO. You can email us at warranty@drainiv.com if you have any questions.

Limitation of Liability: This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by DRAIN IV and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where prohibited by law. DRAIN IV’S liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as described above.

Homeowners will need to reach out to the HVAC Contractor who installed the system to assist with a replacement under warranty.

HVAC Contractors can do a full over-the-counter swap at the wholesaler.  Proof of purchase required.
